I have worked with Howard for several years at this point and he has been nothing but kind, compassionate, and answered all of my questions in a timely and efficient manner which is of the utmost importance to me. When I talk with him he makes general small talk about my family and our weekends and I know a little bit about his family and his activities and he is just an overall great guy to speak with and communicate with. He meets all of my needs in regards to insurance. Update October 2025: We still have all of the same insurance benefits with Statefarm. I am consistently working with Jordan of late. I've had several complications with life and needed them to find creative solutions and they have. I'm as pleased with them as ever and with all the crazy my rates have stayed stable thus far."

"No way to respond to Todd Carter's response to my bad review… No surprise there! you don't have me in your system even though both of our insurance cards have my name on them? THIS is the problem....you have a major communication issue in your office. My in-laws who were customers of yours for over 15 years took all 5 of their vehicle policies to another carrier a few months ago because of the major issues at your office. Not receiving payments, payments rejected for no reason, no follow-up calls or emails, no one answering the phone even during regular business hours.We stuck with you because we really only drive one of the two vehicles on our policy and our rates have pretty much stayed the same. But recently there were so many mistakes on our policy. It doubled our rates. I've had to get on the phone two different times with your superiors to clear up the mess. Never heard back from you even though written requests were made and requests from online associates were made. In any case, we are switching offices to an agent closer to home anyway, how we ended up with you in Willow Brook is a complete mystery."
